I want to blend in! Character help

So, like so many others, today I am asking for build information and inspiration.

Thoughts.

(1) My favorite race is Gnome. Not just by a little, on a scale of one to 10, gnomes are 2-10, and everything else is huddled together in a puddle at 1.

(2) I want a Druid who focuses on casting. I want to spend 90% of my character's existance as a thrush on the shoulder of which ever party member happens to be close to hand.

(3) Beast of the Society looks amazing, because I can be an eagle for the adventuring day, all day long, every day, until I get the ability to be tiny.

(4) I don't like melee. Never have.

(5) Even for home games AP's etc. we all follow PFS rules, just makes life simpler. So PFS legal, though the druid is unlikely to see PFS play.

You've already decided what you want. Take a vanilla, menhir savant, or storm druid. Max wisdom. Take the weather domain or the storm subdomain. Learn to love turning into a bat.

You'd be better off being a grippli or dwarf or human as a druid or an oracle or sorcerer or summoner as a gnome though.

Beast of the Society has a short life on it. If you're in council of thieves maybe. Otherwise go for the caster traits.

Sadly Grippli are not PFS legal without the boon, and I do not have the boon. I really really really want the boon.
