You don't have to take a test or anything like that; your PFS # for GMing is the same as for playing.
Have you created an event on this site? This will give you an event number, which you will fill in on the bottom of the chronicle sheet.
You need to make sure your players all have PFS numbers, either by having them register beforehand (or on the night), or by you giving them a pregenerated number (you'll be able to get a sheet of ten once you've created an event).
Are all of your players experienced with PFS? If not, it might be worth having a copy of the PFS Guide, Additional Resources, and the four main pregens printed out for their benefit.

I guess Perform: Dance is a class skill for the GM? And I hope your joking with me because there is nothing extra I need to do? I plan on running PFS Sunday. I just want to make sure it goes with no problem.
While it is not absolutely required, it is a good idea to report your game online.
But that is pretty trivial. Just go to the PFS part of your account, click on the GM/Event coordinator tab, and click on the create an event link.
That event will have a name and number that go on the chronicle sheets.
But yeah, that is it.

Actually, Paul, it is absolutely required to report PFS games on Paizo.com. The PFS Guide states this. If it is a PFS game and Chronicle sheets are given out then the table must be reported.
If the GM is just incorporating the adventure into their own campaign and not using PFS rules, then ... nevermind.
