I want the ability of a 1st level monk, to add your Wis. bonus to AC. I would take the level but my character is Chaotic Good. I make a lot of customs Magic item in my game and my GM is open to new feats as long as they are fair.
The Monk's robe specifically says that you may not add your wisdom bonus to AC. So by that I assume that if it were a magic item it would be greater than 13,000K.
If it were a feat, What would be the Prereq's, What level should you be?
If it's a spell What level? How long does it last, etc.
The reason I'm so baffled by thise is that I can't find anything to compare this with and find a way to get it done. Monks Robe, and Sash of the War Champion, and other item that treat you as if you are "X # of levels higher" in a class are the only things that I can find that even come close.
Any suggestions?

I'll also mention that, if you're willing to take a level of monk just to get the ability, you can take the Martial Artist archetype. For the first three levels, it has all of regular abilities of a standard monk but without the alignment requirements.

So you want to just add your Wisdom bonus to AC for the cost of a feat, and maybe some other prerequisites??
I would say "no". There are no existing feats that allow you to add any attribute bonus other than Dexterity to AC.
There are two classes that allow you to add other attribute bonuses to AC: Monk, and the Duelist Prestige Class. If you want to add Wisdom to AC, take a level of monk. If you want to add Intelligence to AC, get your feats lined up and go into the Duelist PrC when you qualify.
Class abilities are more powerful than feats, which is why you only get them when you take levels of a class and accept that class's benefits and limitations. Duplicating class abilities with non-existing magic items or feats is cheesy and shows a lack of creativity. There is a reason the Monk's Robe is worded how it is: it's designed to give *some* benefit to non-monks, and *more* benefit to monks.

The Trait your looking for is Enlightened Warrior I believe. It allows nuetral and nuetral good monks. I think convincing a DM to nerf yourself by getting the ability for free should be easier. Any other Melee can get Mithril breastplate and the armor expert trait and they'll have more AC from that than the monk will from wisdom.

The monk bonus to AC is a powerful ability and a cornerstone of most monk builds but comes with the tradeoff that if any armor is worn the ability is negated. Therefore if the ability was granted from a feat or item I would include the same restriction to prevent AC inflation from +wis to AC combined with +5 full plate.
