The 11th level ability of the Dance of Blades Revelation in the Metal Mystery grants 20% miss chance. Does this ability count as concealment for the purposes of the moonlight stalker feat?

So I guess the question is does miss chance equal concealment?

In this case, I don't think they're the same. Concealment has a few other things it grants that doesn't really make sense in this situation (like the ability to make stealth checks).
At the same time, there is the general principle that Pathfinder follows that things should either be the same or very different so that you don't have to remember a thousand tiny exceptions. So due to that, I can see a decent reason why it should be concealment, even though waving your weapon around really fast shouldn't let you make a stealth check.
