Wizard's Hook and Divine Casters

Rules Questions

Wizard Hook

Can a Divine caster gain a Hook's bonus on spell melee touch attacks?

Grand Lodge

If d20pfsrd.com's text is accurate, yes (as far as I can see, its prerequisite spell, spectral hand, would also work with divine touch spells). The hook can't perform somatic components for divine spells.

So you couldn't stick a shield in your other hand. Still, could be useful, thanks.

Add Transformative to it.

Basically, any light weapon, and you are always proficient.

You've mentioned this a couple of times. What makes a character proficient with the new form of a transformative weapon, or of a transformative wizard hook specifically?

Grand Lodge

The Wizard Hook notes you are automatically proficient with it.

Its current shape is irrelevant to this ability.

Grand Lodge

True. Missed a sentence.
