Here's a build I've been thinking about for a while and wanted to see if you guys had an opinion. The game I want to use it for would be starting at 7 (if it ever actually starts; it's a continuation of a game that we've been talking about playing for a while now but haven't yet).
For personality he's essentially going to be like Gus from Breaking Bad, except working in the Soul Trade and being an underling of Charon (and being a Gnome). Besides pretending his money is made in a completely legal fashion, he also works to procure troublesome souls that have evaded Abaddon for too long (and gets commission) and is currently seeking a permanent solution to keep his ill gotten powers while escaping the whole "one day they will consume your soul" aspect of the business.
Gnome Hexcrafter 6+ / Soul Drinker 2
Favored Class - add Conductive, Corrosive (maybe), Ghost Touch, Menacing (maybe) to list of Arcana Pool abilities.
Str 10
Con 14
Dex 18
Int 16
Wis 14
Cha 10
Feats
1. Weapon Finesse
3. Improved Unarmed
5. Hex Strike (Evil Eye)
5b. Intensified Spell
7. Extra Traits (no starting traits; Magical Lineage - Shocking Grasp, Wayang Spell Hunter - Snowball)
9. Elemental Spell (Acid)
11. Extra Arcana (Close Range)
13. ?
13b. ?
Arcana/Hex
3. Malice
4. Evil Eye
8. Split Arcana
11. Heroic Assault
Preferred Gear - DM is iffy with gear; no guarantee that you can get what you want (which is why I went gnome to begin with; always got Conductive at the very least).
Kukri - Agile, Conductive, Keen, maybe Ki Focus if the DM decides that Hex Strike could work with it. If so would consider Quick Draw and Weapon Juggle at 13th and then try to get a Conductive Kukri for each attack.
Gauntlet - Agile, Conductive
Since Soul Drinker gets the ability to bestow Negative Levels, the idea is to try to maximize the number given per round with multiple Conductive weapons. Soul Drinker also gets a pseudo Spell Recall, which Hexcrafter loses, which is nice.
Way I was thinking an attack with both Kukri and gauntlet (preferably gauntlet first) would deal Evil Eye + 1d2+enhancement+1/2 Dex + 1d3+enhancement+dex + Intensified Shocking Grasp (Snowball later for SR) + 2 Negative levels + 2d6 from Malice (4d6 on next round) in one full attack. Didn't seem too shabby to me.
Anyone have some thoughts or ideas?
