ok, after a lot of reading i found a combo that is ... well. unreal.
take frostbite spell - level 1 spell.
take rime feat
take enforcer feat
take Prehensile Hair as a witch

yes, its a 3 feat root BUT...

as a secend level spell (or first level with 1 trait...)
you have a reach 10' touch attack that upon connecting will cause:
1d6+level non leathel damage --- no save
Entangled - for 1 round --- no save
Fatigued - for a long duration ---- no save
shaken - with a free intimidate chaeck - good chance to work

if you hit (easy) + intimidate (not hard) the enemy suffer - no check:
-2 STR
-6 DEX
-4 hit (-5 with the str effect)
-2 (-3 with the STR effect)
-2 save

and you can hit 1 foe / round...
yes, 3 things work against it :
non leathel --- so not Vs all creatures
SR --- so not Vs all creatures
and a bit too clsoe (10') to the opponent
but still... WOW!

For three feats and those limiters (being within 10 feet as a squishy low-level caster is a death sentence), it'd better be at least this awesome.

especilly doing it after evil eye (-4) ...

I could be wrong but I think rime spell only triggers by cold damage and the damage dealt by frostbite is nonlethal, not cold damage.
