We're almost there, top 4 will be decided and soon we'll be looking at adventure proposals (and hopefully the forums will stop being so quiet.)
What do you want to see in Round 5?
Personally I'd like to see:
1) Your Voice: Some fo the top 8 have a voice and style that's clear and well defined. I for example know what I expect from Nicholas, he likes to take a handicap and make it a strength. Evidenced by his using the lowest CR setting in round 3, or taking on a less combat oriented archetpye, or taking on a well designed but less than superstart monster for his round 4 encounter. If you made the top 4 chances are you have carved a niche for yourself, its time to be aware of it and use it.
2) A Game Changer: Give me something seriously different. I don't care if its a different monster or a serious plot twist in your adventure, bottom line is stand out! I'd rather see an entry risk falling on its face then playing it safe. Waht's the worst that can happen you make top 4 but don't win? There's plenty of 3pps that'll be happy to have you. Main point, go boldly Paizo is the kind fo company where a AP makes a stop over on Earth! Seriously go for it!
3) Mix familiar with New: The best Adventures have anough familiar for us old school gamers to feel like we know whats coming but are different enough to give us a pleasent surprise. With my desire for a game changer you might think I'm saying I want Gonzo, I don't I want to hate you for writing something I should have thought of. I want to envy your ability to see that thing we should have all seen this whole time, like that new tupperware where the lid is attached by an hinge, why wasn't it like that in the first place!
