I've been wordbuilding and tweaking mechanics recently, and am trying to round out a set of elemental dwarves. Google searches mentioned that in 3.0, there was an article on seafaring dwarves that included water planetouched dwarves. They said that it was in Dragon 383, but that can't be right.
I've been looking for this for hours now. Can someone help pls?

I think it's worth mentioning however, that the 3e Unearthed Arcana had "Aquatic Dwarves". Though they were not planetouched...

Thank you. I had checked that index, under "seafaring" "dwarves" "elemental", but wasn't able to find it there either.
There's an article that allows a character to take a feat and spend XP to add elemental templates, but I can't remember the issue. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but it does have a "watery" template that could be added to any regular dwarf.
I believe the feat was called "sculpt soul".
IIRC, there were some kind of water dwarves in Stormwrack. Don't remember more about it now, and it might not be what you're looking for.

Seacliff Dwarves... lived in iron shore / sea side cliffs. Good swimmers, but not aquatic in the sense that aquatic elves or mermen are. I don't beieve there was much else about Dwarves in Stormwrack although I may not be remembering something...
