Animal Companions

Does there exist a feat/archetype that expands your list of animal companions, say, to allow any magic beasts or fey to the roster, or is it always straight up animals?

the only allowed companions are listed in the core rule book, the bestiariesn and maybe some of the random companion books. I believe they are all animals. sorry.

You can apply the celestial template to your animal companion if you are playing an Aasimar and get the Celestial Servant feat from the Advanced Race Guide. Changes it to a magical beast.
