Dreamscarred's system is very similar to the 3.5 books, based on much of the same material, updated and expanded for Pathfinder. They are currently working on Ultimate Psionics, a compiled and updated system (I think).
In addition, they have a line of Legendary Weapons, which is slowly growing, as well as some additional material as seen here.
I'm sure Jeremy will chime in any minute, too.

Much like Paizo upgraded all the core classes, DSP upgraded all the psionic classes. Psions have disciplines that in line with Wizard school abilites, Wilders have different Wild Surges to pick from, Sould Knives are now a full base attack bonus class with a variety of abilities they can add to their mind blades, and pyschic warriors have various paths that lend them different fighting styles. All in all, it's quite balanaced for Pathfinder.

There are several extra classes (aegis is a favorite of mine)/prcs as well as archtypes and various extra options. It is well worth getting the books (or waiting for the kickstarter book) if you are interested in the system. If you have the money to do so, maybe pick up the pdfs if you'd like to use it immediately.

Howdy!
Yes, as mentioned, this is the 3.5 rules upgraded to be fully Pathfinder compatible.
In addition to the items mentioned above, several of the prestige classes were modified (warmind's and psychic fist's manifesting, metamind overhauled, etc), the skills are now rolled together by default (no psicraft unless in nontransparency, etc), and some rules clarifications.
as also mentioned, we are in the process of competing ultimate psionics, which will expand that even further with more archetypes, feats, items, races, monsters, and more.
most of our rules are also available for free on d20pfsrd.com
