You know that girl Jessica I work with....not only does she hate animals, but apparently she's also a racist who thinks that the only people that belong in America are the ones that speak english....don't even get me started and she's okay working with children but she doesn't really like them and never wants any...which I think is a bonus for the planet cuz that thing sure don't need to breed.

Well....I can say with a fair amount of certainty that there's nothing left in my stomach. I just hope that I'm done with that. I had to throw away a perfectly good beach towel since it caught the brunt of it. They may not like it, but I called into work. I'm not going in while I'm vomiting.

I think I need some promethazine cuz I'm still feeling pretty nauseous. Just standing there drying my hair took it out of me. I'm all light headed and dizzy now. I was gonna try to take Henry to work and go in later.....but he said no. He said something like that's an activity I don't need to be doing right now.

Saltine crackers are also a good thing to nibble on with an upset stomach. Speaking from personal experience.

I just took a promethazine for the nausea and an ativan for the vertigo. I need to wait a little bit for my tummy to settle before trying to lay down again. I feel so icky.
