How many spells for an 18 wisdom level 2 cleric?

Rules Questions

I don't quite understand how many spells I get.

It says a second level cleric gets "2+1" spells. What is that +1 referring to?? I also get +1 spell from having 18 wisdom, and the domains say I get 1 domain spell slot for each level. So I get 2 domain spells, 1 spell for 18 wisdom, and "2+1" spells for level 2, whatever that means?
Can I choose the same domain spell twice?

Thanks!

3 plus 1 domain spell.

That's 2 (base) +1 for having 18 Wis, and 1 domain spell (it's one domain spell per spell level, not class level).

Plus spontaneous casting of cure or inflict.

Spontaneous casting uses up one of the spells the cleric has prepared (which can't be her domain spell - "not an orison" is redundant as there is no 0-level cure or inflict spell in Pathfinder). edit: There's usually no reason to prepare a spell that you can cast spontaneously, but it doesn't increase the number of spells per day.

you can also cast your prepared Orisons (level 0 spells) as often as you like.
