PFS Scenario Sign in Sheet

I was wondering if there is a blank scenario sign in sheet. Something to use for the early scenarios that dont have one. I know I've seen a blank chronicle for online games like Fantasy Grounds. I've looked around and can't find anything.

Once you create an event, you can print sign-in sheets for it.

I have an Excel sheet that can handle 2 adventures.

I also have a one sheet that I did up for my local shop that is good if you have people that like to write bigger and also at the bottom has the different factions grouped by which one is used for the earlier season missions.
