Kickstarter rewards and Ups

Anyone know how to contact whoever I should about my rewards. I still haven't received the Thornkeep book or the poster in the mail. I did get the flip-mat and the t-shirt.

Apparently, the email I received from Paizo has a tracking number that is not recognized by UPS. I can view the page and it says it has been shipped but the last line says:

Jan 28 2013 Ready for post office entry Coppell, TX

And then nothing. What gets me is that none of the tracking information is recognized by UPS.


I would suggest customer.service@paizo.com

My t-shirt and flip-mats went missing in transit, and they were able to get me new ones relatively quickly.

Try entering the same Tracking # on USPS. USPS had deals with both UPS and FedEX. I have had to enter my UPS tracking # on USPS to find it. Not sure how or why it worked that way, but it is worth a shot.


Similar question here. I joined the second kickstarter at the 35 dollar, adventurer level but as far as I know, I haven't gotten any code yet to unlock the Goblin Squad title. Have those gone out yet? (for people who only supported the actual game kickstarter, not the tech demo) If so, how can I get them to resend it?

We're still processing all of the data from the most recent Kickstarter and we should start sending out emails with more information in the near future. Currently we're expecting these emails to happen late March, so expect to hear more from us then. :)

I've set up a replacement shipment containing your copy of the Poster and Hardcover. You should be able to confirm its pending status on your Order History page, and we'll send you a confirmation email as soon as it ships. If your original shipments arrive make sure to let us know, otherwise rest assured that we'll get your backer rewards to you.

Is there any ETA on when the latest kickstarter items are to be shipped out? I have yet to even receive contact email recognizing my kickstarter contribution or that the orders are being processed.


The fulfillment system (where you identify what you pledged for, etcetera) is likely to go out in late March. Presumably the PDFs will be available relatively quickly after that, although most of the other stuff is a little way off.

By this Steve means the bonus PDFs, not say the Emerald Spire PDF which is yet to be written.

If you're talking about the Kickstarter that just ended in January, Goblinworks has been communicating with backers via Kickstarter's backer update tool; you should have received three emails about fulfillment just during the month of February. (You can see them here.) If you're not getting backer updates via email, make sure that the email address you provided to Kickstarter is still valid, and that you don't have an overzealous spam filter.

If you look at the Kickstarter page, you will see that the Emerald Spire is estimated at June of 2014. This will almost assuredly slip by a few weeks since the book grew to a much bigger size during the Kickstarter. The miniatures will be coming in at the same time as the book, so summer of 2014 for those too.
