The pit fighters today are both short and have ugly pets. They take their places to a smattering of applause, their respective beasts looking disrespectful. Inen to the north, Bruno to the south, pets to the left. And straight on 'til morning.
I'd like very clear descriptions, I want to make sure people could essentially read through your post and know the name of each visible item you're wearing. If something is actually hidden (such as circlet beneath a big hat), that's fine, but no-one should feel mislead at any point in regards to your gear. This description can be in an alias, so you don't need to post it every time, but in that case it needs to be up-to-date. Time for initiatives and posturing.

Inen Strides calmly into the Arena, beside him walks the hound, low and predatory.
Inen
The Hound
He wears his craved wooden armor, a spear and blowgun. around his waist are many pouches and containers along with several scrolls hanging from his hip. The mask Inen wore in the previous bout is missing, and a glowing rune sits upon his brow, matching the one glowing on the hound's.
Ahh another one, come so soon to have their candle snuffed out by my shadow
| Warlords of Choon |
Bruno enters the Arena confident, if with a bit less swagger than before. His defeat by his Dwarven counterpart has brought him down a notch.
His chain mail has been cleaned of blood and shines in the uniform light. He carries a finely crafted lance, a wicked looking pick, and several pillum. He strides in beside his faithful steed Esmaralda the Battle Camel; an ugly, smelly specimen of the animal if there ever was one. The two seem at ease with each other's stench and patiently await the horn.
