rules on alchemist abilities

i have two questions that were brought up in my last session:

1)the alchemist from what i know his abilities are supernatural. so would anti-magic work on it?

2)the discouvery explosive missle says this:

"As a standard action, the alchemist can infuse a single arrow, crossbow bolt, or one-handed firearm bullet with the power of his bomb, load the ammunition, and shoot the ranged weapon. He must be proficient with the weapon in order to accomplish this. When the infused ammunition hits its target, it deals damage normally and detonates as if the alchemist had thrown the bomb at the target. If the explosive missile misses, it does not detonate."

does this mean sense it is a supernatural ability and they don't provoke an AoO if i use something like a crossbow?

1.) Yes. Anti-Magic fields work on "spells, spell-like abilities, and supernatural abilities. Likewise, it prevents the functioning of any magic items or spells within its confines."

In addition, Extracts are explicitly able to be targeted by Dispel Magic, though the other class features are not.

2.) If he would not normally provoke an AoO from the shot itself, I do not believe he would do so when using Explosive Missile.

As for 2) I would go along with the ruling for Bomb (Su)...since that is the ability that the discovery is changing and it provokes I would say that explosive missile also does

And that specific discovery is not listed as a Supernatural Ability, it actually has no specification next to it...Discovery is Supernatural...but every discovery has its own listing like Deadly Excretions (Ex)...is an Extraordinary Ability see :)
