So I am soon going to be attending my first actual PFS game and I have been planning out my Human Fighter for some time now.
Str- 18
Dex - 16
Con - 12
Int - 10
Wis -12
Cha - 7
1 - Power Attack, Weapon Focus, Shield Focus
2 – Dodge
3 – Mobility
4 – Spring Attack/ +1 Con
5 – Weapon Training: Heavy Blades
6 – Wind Stance, Weapon Specialization
7 – N/A
8 – Improved Bull Rush /+1 Con
9 – Greater Bull Rush / Weapon Training: Crossbows
10 – Greater Shield Focus
These are his feat choices I have planned out for his growth and his current stats. I'm a little iffy about the build and I would like advice.
His equipment is at the momnet
Scale Mail
Heavy Steel Shield
Longsword
Light Corssbow
I have been playing with the thought of going the light steel shield two weapon fighting route, but I ultimately decided against it. Thoughts?

Use Four-Mirror armor, best buy at creation. It's in the APG eastern armor section, or UE has it listed as well. 45g better than anything else to start.
Also, grab a 14 con and a 15 dex, you won't really notice the difference in AC, but you can spend 1 stat boost instead of 2 to get a better modifier that way.
PFS you'll only get 3 stat increases by the end, and Str 18 will be fine for a good while.
Also, looks like you played some 3/3.5 since you have 2 feats at 6 and none at 5/7.
In Pathfinder, as a straight fighter class, you get 2 feats at 1st and another feat every level (all chars get feats odd levels, fighters get extra on even levels) and as a Human you get the bonus racial feat at 1st.
Grab a Trait to make perception a class skill, there are several to choose from. Then either one of the AC/Initiative boosting ones if you plan to stay straight fighter.
It's also Ok to dip 2 levels ranger somewhere at the beginning, (keeps the feat progression, grabs some nifty class skills, ability to use wands, as long as you take a combat style that matches the feats you would normally take anyways) and lets you use the 4th level feat retrain that fighters get to grab two of the +6 BAB prereq feats at the same time as your 6th total character level.

If you haven't seen it yet, I would direct you Rogue Eidolon's fighter guide. It gives a good break down of the different types of builds and explains the pros and cons of weapon and feat choices. I usually at least check it for a place to start.

I looked over that guide, but it seems more geared to ensuring that you take two weapon fighting and use it to full efectiveness with the shield bash. I don't want him to fight like that, I'm focusing more on his defense and ability to draw foes in. I may remove Bull rush and replace with Step Up and Disruptive though...

Many thanks to TGMaxMaxer My new Feat list is as follows. I'm not sure about what to do with the last two, which isn't necessarily bad since I have plenty of time to figure it out.
Power Attack, Weapon Focus, Shield Focus
2 – Dodge
3 – Mobility
4 – Spring attack/ +1 Con
5 – Wind Stance Weapon Training: Heavy Blades
6 – Disruptive
7 – Combat Reflexes
8 – Greater Shield Focus /+1 Con
9 – ???? / Weapon Training: Crossbows
10 – ????
