Can someoen help me work out the stateblock on a T-Rex with animal growth and strong jaw on?

Advice

We talked about this the other day but I'm having a hard time figuring out the numbers.

Silver Crusade

oh, ouch...maniacal laugh, guess what the party is running into next week!

I will put it on Hero labs when I get home and share then.

I would be most thankful. No augmented summoning on this btw.

Silver Crusade

kk

PCs playing Skull and Shackles AP, last part of Isle of Empty eyes, they are suppose to have a big feast next week. One of the got the idea, hey the Island full of dinosaurs-wouldn't it be impressive to have roasted t-rex at the feast.....

Now, see the party ticked off the nymph this week and she casts druid spells....maniacal laugh, I forsee PCs swallowed whole in the near future

The damage on the bite seems odd. I figured double dice and up one die. So I was expecting 8d8. Also the base attack didnt go up from +20 even though str went up. Can anyone explain this?

Dark Archive

Hell, why dont you just Awaken it while you're at it. Throw him a few levels in Druid.

throw in vital strike, that will learn em!

Hero Lab went with 4d6 -> 6d6 for animal growth's size increase (which was probably taken from the Improved Natural Attack feat description), followed by strong jaw doubling the dice because it's already Gargantuan/Colossal.

As for the attack bonus (not base attack) staying the same, it's because while animal growth gives a +8 Strength (and thus a +4 bonus to hit), changing the creature's size from Gargantuan to Colossal takes its size modifier from -4 to -8.

I should not have doubted Hero Lab but the math didn't make sense at first.

Sczarni

He still has kind of low attack bonus honestly.
