DM aka Dudemeister said it well in the sexism thread. Be excellent to each other.

How are you excellent to everyone at your game table?

My wife makes a whole dinner meal for the group we game with. She wants to be a food historian, so everything is different, good, and sometimes close to what the PCs would eat.

I let players use my miniatures, extra dice, grid mat, and game supplies if they need them.

I have bought, painted, and given away miniatures to players, even players I only met once.

What about you?

For new players, give them props for participating, even if their actions may not make the greatest tactical sense.

Spring for pizza every several sessions.

Back when I had a live group, I was usually the host, and provided food or snacks unless one of my players was cooking.

Also gave players feedback after every session. Need to get back into that habit with my online group.

Christmas and Birthday gifts have been something my group has done in the past. I have also been known to bring cupcakes for special occasions.

If a player does not have something, I provide it. Character sheet, dice, mini, pen and pencil, if you need it I have extra.

I will teach any new player the basics, and often do when running organized play at the comic shop.

If asked in advance, I try to have soda and chips available when I host. I also try to bring my own stuff when I don't host.

I gladly upload and maintain gaming documents for my players and anyone that can use them.

When I had a regular face-to-face group, we would rotate dinner & dessert among the players so nobody was overburdened financially.

Always, always be respectful of the host's home and property.

Veteran gamers are expected to help new gamers.

Always have an extra set of dice for people to borrow.

When I ran games, every few sessions or so, I would NOT do a TPK. ;).

"Be excellent to each other and party on dudes."

Is something I try to live by and sometimes I fail. Sometimes I don't party on, sometimes I end up working. I do alright at the excellence thing though ;).

When it comes to gaming I try and make sure everyone at the table has a voice, including the more shy or reserved people. Outgoing natural improvisers don't need a helping hand to get the spotlight, so instead I make the effort to give the quieter voices time to shine. Whether it's a story arc that specifically effects them or just an encounter that has a particular weakness to my shy player's particular powers.

When I come as a player I bring a snack, a drink and a sweet for everyone to share. If we haven't arranged to eat during the session before hand I make sure I eat before I arrive so I have energy and don't interrupt the game. If I can't make a game I make sure to give as much notice as possible (24 hours minimum) that I won't be attending to give the GM time to work around my absence.

As a GM, I ask for feedback and work to incorporate my PC's narrative arcs into the overarching plot. I endeavor to encourage new players to join my games (no matter how much I strive for a table of 4, inevitably someone new wants to try RPGs so I add them to my table). I take note of particularly great moments the players bring to the table and commend them for their actions.

As a community member I try and share my notes as much as possible, so that other GMs can benefit from my own experiences and ideas. When other GMs ask me questions I try to answer them as honestly as possible, with an eye towards inclusion and increasing the fun.

As a human being I like to make people laugh and feel good. My sense of humor is a lot of what defines my personality. Whenever possible I bring the funny. I get up out of my seat for elderly and pregnant passengers and actively try to make life fun for the people around me. When I have a disagreement with someone I try to calm the conflict before continuing the discourse.

Great play gets re-rolls (which can really save a character).

Honeyed tea is served if you want it (and I know my tea; to refuse causes great offence).

What you do in game will impact your character. So small difficult quests will get small bonuses to further add to your character. + vs this monster, +1 to bluff, gain the first rank of this knowledge due to experience.
