The damage table for engulf is based on HD. I assume the HD is question is equal to the Worm that Walks - if not, where is this HD value obtained?

When does the squirming embrace damage hit? As soon as the creature is grappled? Once a turn has passed? Only once or every round?

Thank you for your time

It is based on the Worm that Walks' HD.

Squirming embrace should do damage as soon as it appears and then every round you maintain (don't dismiss or move away) it on your turn.

Thank you for clearing that up
