Help me keep my character shackled-chained !!!

So..suffice to say that my character needs to be kept shackled with a break DC40 or higher (but I dont want to spend a fortune)

hold monster, choose to fail your Will save (if that's an option), and roll you into a portable hole?

Fold the thing up and put it at the bottom of someone's pack...
