We have an issue:

Shizuka its invisible meanwhile an evil rogue sneaks in a Tent. Shizuka attack the evil rogue and the the evil rogue make a coup de grace to one sleping character (avoiding the aoo because has high AC)

Shizuka, at the start of the new turn use her action to awake the other sleeping character.

a) This new character rolls iniciative in this round?
b) This character rolls iniciative but starts his tourn in the next round?

(Iniciative order)

Shizuka 22
Evil rogue 20

If the new character rolls iniciative in this round and rolls a 21 the order could be...

Shizuka 22
New player 21
Evil Rogue 20

The sleeper should get a Perception check to hear combat and awaken.

I would treat the sleeping creatures as Unaware Combatants if they failed to perceive the rogue before combat.

Rogue enters tent, presumably using stealth.

All characters make perception checks to see/hear/smell the rogue. DC is the rogue's stealth check. Those who fail are unaware.

When rogue commits to first attack, all characters roll initiative. Surprise round begins. (Unless everyone is aware)

Any aware combatant that beat the rogue on init goes first. When rogue's turn begins, he can use the "start full-round action" standard action to perform a coup de grace.

The rogue can use the "complete full-round action" standard action on his first normal turn to finish the coup de grace.

After the surprise round, sleeping characters should be given perception checks on their turn to hear and awaken. The DC to Hear the sound of battle is -10 modified by Creature making the check is asleep (+10) for a total DC of 0.
