Extend Potion with Mutagen / Cognatogen?

Can you use the Extend Potion discovery with Mutagen or Cognatogen? I can't find anything where it says you can't but wanted to make sure...

No, a Mutagen/Cognatogen is not a potion. Therefore you can not extend them with the Extend Potion discovery.
