ok so for some flavor and for need of meat shilds im creating a reanimator alchemist. She is basicly a more sadistic and experamental Dr. Frankenstine trying to creat strange and unusual undead beast that are stitched together from many dead things. what i need help with is wether there is alrdy a mechanic for this and what kind of build i should do.

Reanimator is a good start. The only issue is that you have to wait until 7th level to gain lesser animate dead before being able to create zombies or other undead.
One possible way to help with this concept is to take the preservationist archetype as well (since preservationist and reanimator modify different alchemist abilities, they can both be taken). The following feat progression is one possibility:
Human alchemist (preservationist, reanimator)
1st- Planar Preservationist, Spell Focus (Necromancy)
3rd- Skeleton Summoner
5th and higher- as desired
Preservationist archetype lets the alchemist "summon" creatures using the Bottled Ally class feature. Planar Preservationist lets the alchemist "summon" planar creatures as well as natural creatures. Skeleton Summoner lets the alchemist "summon" skeletons and skeletal creatures.
As far as creating unusual undead from stitched-together parts, I don't recall a Pathfinder mechanic or template. However, you could always use the 3.5 rules for undead grafts with your GM's approval. As a slightly different route, but still related, the developers have stated that alchemists can take the item crafting feats, so you can always take Craft Wondrous Item, Craft Magic Arms and Armor, and Craft Construct for the creation of bone golems, carrion golems, and flesh golems as well as undead.

I like the preservationist archtype but its not my thing. For the most part i dont like summons that last a very short amount of time and thats why i picked necromancy.
I have also been trying to stay away from golems because is a previous game my gm tryed to add magic to d20 modern and allowed me to make 6 floating sniper rifles....even tho i was the one that made them i did not like to use them as it made everything to easy.
The graft thing looks awsome but not gana be oked by my dm. he is having fun writing up his own rules for it. basicly im gana have to reaserch on different creatures (each individualy and will take up pages in my exstract book = to a equivalent spell lvl useing hit dice as the lvl) before i can take there parts and apply them to my undead (wich is gana be a lengthy prosses that could outright destroy my undead) and on top of that its gana be a skill check in order to do the "operation". oh and its a feat on top of everything. in the end im fine with it just starting up is gana be slow.

Well there are 2 that are fully fleshed out atm.
1) "Everyone gets a chance to become demons as the campaign progresses"
basicly at first we get to transform into demons for a short time at the start and eventualy we can become full demons.
it seams like it could be awsome depending on how its done
2) All dice rolls must break the number needed by 1
iv always kinda liked this one rule that our dm implements.
all in all he is a good dm just unexperinced and im a 3.5 player so pathfinders is fun its just hard to get used to the new rules
He is also ok with new mechanics being added that everyone can obtain and are not set to only power up one person. on multiple ocasions he has said that he will use everything he builds for us in enimes at some point
