Claw attacks?

just a quick question, when a says a creature has 2 claw attacks at 1D4 does that mean the it hits with both claws for 1D4 or that it can make 2 attacks each doing 1D4?

1d4 each.

Plus full strength bonus on each.

It has two attacks, each dealing 1D4 damage. Now if it had a bite attack, he could Claw, Claw and Bite as a full attack round.

And if you toss haste into the mix you gain the "Ginsu" template.
