i need a bit of help for my magus, but it is heavy houseruled.

I'm playing around with feats and equipment like:
-enchanting the boot with agile ability
-getting mithral chain shirt (maybe +1)
-combat reflexes
-arcane strike
-two weapon fighting
-greater trip
-wand wielder (main reason: wand of true strike)
-fast learner
-intensified spell (around level 9)
-improved initiative
-maximized spellstrike (around level 9)
The combo of gruel blade boot and ominous scimitar is very lame, right? Want should I do?

You don't have Weapon Finesse, a prerequisite for Dervish Dance.

This should be your first investment
-enchanting the boot with agile ability
How often to you actually attack with the boot? Unless you have two-weapon fighting and make a full attack, this probably isn't very useful to you.

As a Magus, your chance to hit monsters will not increase as fast as a full BAB class would, so the -2 attack roll will hurt. Also, your attacks largely serve to deliver touch spells, making certain hits much more important that quantity of hits.
-greater trip
If there are usually other people in melee with you to take advantage of the attack of opportunity, then this could be worthwhile. Otherwise, not.
-improved initiative
Always useful.

Wand Weilder is requires certain conditions to be useful.
(1) Someone with the Craft: Wand feat
(2) Easy access to cheap wands.
With Wand Wielder, a Wrist Sheath, Spring loaded is crazy good. If you have a wand loaded into it (standard action to load) you can pop that wand into your hand as a swift action.
Feats -
Try to talk your GM into allowing quick draw (or a feat like it) to be used with wands. If you decide to grab Wand Wielder
With you're limited Arcane Pool, you might want to grab the Feat: Extra Arcane. With Spell Recall, you will find those 2 extra arcane points is another 2nd level spell or 2x 1st level spells.
Items -
Pearls of Power - find them, buy them, or steal them. Worse comes to worse, beg them from the GM.
Handy Hoversack - for pulling stuff out in middle of combat. Scrolls/Potions like Fly, Glitterdust, Darkvision, See invisible are spells very handy to have one you need them but you don't want to use a spell slot to memorize.
