Simple - Would a flaming weapon deal damage on a disarm? It states that "a flaming weapon is sheathed in fire that deals an extra 1d6 points of fire damage on a successful hit" and in the disarm description it does refer to the disarm as an "attack". Therefore, would a successful attack during a disarm attempt count as a hit, even though no damage is dealt directly from the attack?

Yeah, while you are making at disarm attempt, the attacks purpose is to disarm, not deal damage. However, if you wanted to deal damage on a disarm, look at the "disarming strike" of the Swordlord Fighter Archetype

Another quick thought though, the extra d6 fire damage would count on a sunder attack though right? That makes sense

You could make any argument you like, but disarming someone doesn't cause you any damage unless they have an ability that says it would.
There's a lot of stuff that's perfectly logical (grabbing a flaming weapon would hurt) that is not how the rules work.
So, short answer, on the rules questions form: no, disarming a flaming weapon does not deal you damage. In a "how would you houserule this" forum, I'd say that's not a bad idea and I might go with it.
