It depends what you ordered, but if they are Paizo products it's very unusual. There were a whole bunch of issues which all worked to delay the current month's shipments. They had a short week just as they did a huge subscription run, they had a comics/miniatures subscription going out as well as a "standard" subscription run, they were fulfilling kickstarter pledges (some having autographed copies of Thornkeep and some having non-autographed copies). Each of those complications happened just as you placed your unrelated order, and I daresay you got caught up in the general shipping mania.
As a general rule, I find an order for Paizo products will generally ship within 2-3 days from when I place it. 2-3 weeks is definitely out-of-the-ordinary.

Should ship from our warehouse within 9 to 17 business days.
When an item is listed on it's product page as taking anything more than 2-6 business days, it means that we have to order it from a distributor.
If you'd like I can put the item that is holding things up (Cassie, gnome wizard) into a separate order and ship the rest as soon as possible.

Done. Its currently in your sidecart. While it is still within the estimate for the product, I went ahead and checked to see what it's status was with our distributor. I found out that the Cassie Female Gnome Wizard is not currently in stock with them. We are checking other avenues to see if we can get it sooner, but it might be a while before she comes back in stock.
