So here's what I'm looking at, I won't bother including gear or what not as it's fairly straight forward.
The goal is the best healing possible and the ability to act as a tank of sorts (even if no aggro method)
just looking at up to lvl 12 for now, I'm thinking unbreakable fighter 1/ Oracle of life (deaf)
Unbreakable gives me the pre-reqs to pick up fast healer and also gives me heavy armor for a one level dip which is pretty sweet.
so for feats I've got selective channelling, fast healer, but the rest are kind of up in the air. The stats at lvl 1 are 10s for everything but the 18 in con and charisma (agithon aasimar variant with incorruptible, scion of humanity, and truespeaker)

I could add it into the mix then! that sounds awesome!
My idea is to link with everyone and just toss a heal on myself as needed, and work a few boosting spells etc. the 5pt healing isn't too amazing, but it's extremely helpful over a few rounds, so if we get hit with an ae I can pop a channel and let the link top everyone off.
Getting an extra 2hp per die doesn't sound bad.
-edit-
I'm not sure why you think fast healer isn't a good idea, I plan on getting my con score to 22 or more... which will grant +3 or more healing per heal.

I just think it's not worth the opportunity cost. Your best healing by a wide margin is your channels, and Fey Foundling works so well with them that the effect of Fast Healer is virtually negligible. If you plan on using Cure Light Wounds on yourself a lot, Fast Healer is great - but is that really how you want to spend your actions? Every level of Oracle adds 3/4 of a d6 to your channels, so while your dip eventually gets you a +3 to all magical healing you receive, losing 3/4 of a die also loses you an average of just over 4 points of healing to yourself per channel, and of almost 3 points to every one else.
In other words, your channels are weaker (even when used on yourself!) and you get your heavier cure spells, Breath of Life, and Heal later than normal. But in-combat healing is always taxing on the action economy, so delaying the most action-efficient heals is troubling. It does let you perform out-of-combat healing with fewer spells... but the dip also gives you fewer spells anyhow, and out-of-combat healing (unlike in-combat) can be handled with a CLW wand. (And the dip hurts your healing most at low levels when you can least afford a CLW wand.)
What else is the character going to be doing besides healing? With 10 Str and 10 Dex, it sounds like you're not planning on making attack rolls, and if you're not making attack rolls, you can wear heavy armor just fine without proficiency.

yeah the fighter dip slows progress down, but it also gives me basically three feats that all directly help make sure I'm not dying, and also can sleep in heavy armor.
I'm also looking at the potential for natural healing to interact with fast healing, which drastically increases it's effeciency.
Even so I certainly think I'll be picking up the fey foundling feat, that's just too good for this concept to pass up.
-edit- I wonder if there are any items or spells that heal, even if only 1pt as a swift or faster action.

Natural healing is tiny even with Fast Healer. If you're a dedicated healer and you're really relying on natural healing and need that once per day 2 extra points of natural healing, you're not a very good dedicated healer.
Consider this: with just a single level of Oracle and Fey Foundling, Extra Channel let you heal yourself 1d6+2 and everyone else 1d6 two more times per day, and this continues to scale up as you level (e.g. at six levels of Oracle you're looking at 5d6+10 to yourself, 5d6 to everyone else). You can fire these off at night when you're about to sleep, so you can think of them as extra natural healing, or you can use them in combat when the economy is really needed. Fast Healer's effect on your natural healing is that you get to heal an extra 2 HP outside of combat once per day. Once you drop 16000gp on a Con belt, that finally scales up to... 3 HP.
