I recently played through the "Quest for Perfection" trilogy. I enjoyed it, don't get me wrong, but was somewhat disheartened to learn that, being my PC is a wizard rather than of the tiny handful of classes who have a bonded mount or animal companion, the otherwise very cool boon essentially amounted to a pat on the back and "thanks for coming out, better luck next time".
Is there any way to transfer this boon to a future PC for whom it may be of use? I suspect the answer is "no" but I do not assume an encyclopaedic knowledge of the minutiae of PFS rules and so I thought I might as well ask.
Thanks.

There are others like this floating around.
Assuming your wizard has a familiar I can think of two scenarios off the top of my head that grant a boon that is usable by you and the very few other characters with familiars.
I can think of a lot of scenarios that have boons that help out some classes much more than others.

True enough, Mahtobedis, but those examples are equally unsatisfying for anyone of a class that cannot benefit from them. It's not a question of me getting mine, rather I feel it's bad scenario design for there to be boon that shuts out many, if not most, players.
Were I to have my druthers there would be two boons to be had: the class-limited ones such have been discussed here and, for those who do not qualify, a more general one.
They could easily have allowed those classes who benefit from a bounded mount/companion to add the creature to their list and gain all the enhanced and scaling benefits of such a creature.
For those who do not have access to a bonded mount/companion they could simply receive an normal version of the creature as a mount. Indeed one could easily read the boon QfP scenario sheet as suggesting just this, though it would appear this is not the official interpretation.
I think part of why this irks me is that I am innately egalitarian. The idea that everyone contributes but only some get rewarded for their contribution just rubs me the wrong way. Yes I know that's how real life works, but if real life worked satisfactorily we probably wouldn't play RPGs. ;)

I know this is slightly off topic: I have a paladin utilizing said boon. I have to report back that I have found it a little lacking compared to a horse.
I know the flavor is cool, but I keep wishing he had scent or multiple attacks a lot of times. I also keep wishing I could put magical horseshoes like horseshoes of the zephyr on it, and I can't.
Just my 2cp, might make you feel a bit better.

I'd like it for the style value, not it's combat efficacy. My wizard has gone through four sessions without yet engaging in melee combat or being struck by a weapon and he's more than happy to keep it that way.
Again, it's not simply that I can't have it that bugs me it's that no one save for a small number of classes can use it at all. Come to think of it, I don't think a single person who played the trilogy with me could use it. Such a waste of an otherwise cool boon.
