I have purchased two complete bricks (8 sealed packs) of Shattered Star from two different retailers and in both cases, there are broken miniatures inside the boxes.
The first brick was purchased at a gaming store. Hill Giant (31) was broken off of his base. So far, superglue has kept him standing upright.
The second brick was delivered today UPS from an online retailer. Tower Girl's (7) arm was broken off at the wrist. The size of the hand with dagger makes it unlikely to glue but I will try.
Portioque (2) was broken off of his base.
Xin (43) was also broken off of his base in such a way that I doubt superglue is going to fix it.
Mite on Spider (24) has a broken arm. Again, superglue might save it.
16 sealed boxes inside of 2 sealed bricks with 5 damaged miniatures is unacceptable. I did not have any broken minis in my 2 bricks of Rise of the Runelords or the handful of Heroes and Monster boxes.
Is this a problem with this set or did I just get unlucky? Also, is there any recourse?
While not an official answer, normally Customer Support suggests you deal with the retailer that you bought them from first. Also, there is a method on the Wiz Kids site to ask for replacements for broken figures (LINK). If all else fails, send a note to Customer.Service@Paizo.com.

I'm in the same boat. For me though my Gargantuan Blue Dragon has two horns broken off. If you go to Wizkids website to request a replacement, there is no option for the Shattered Star set and no way to contact them. Not sure what to do.
Oh. Paizo said I needed (i.e. everyone) to go through Wizkids to resolve it.

Dragnmoon is correct. Replacements for damaged minis need to be obtained from WizKids, using their online product replacement form. While the Shattered Star minis are not on their form yet, they will have them up soon.

I noticed they have the shattered star mini's up now, but no listing for the blue Dragon. Any suggestions for how to resolve this?
