Waters of Lamashtu?

Say you are an alchemist and in your down time have made half a dozen bottled doses of this cursed water as a thrown weapon (mentioned in the spell). Can he use his full attack to throw all of these bottles at once at his enemy? (assuming quick draw etc, rapid shot etc) doing 1d6 int and dex damage (save 21) 6 times. Also would it be a splash weapon (touch ac)?

It would be a full round attack. You can throw it the same number of times as you can attack.

Edit: keep in mind the material cost. Unless you have Blood Money it gets pricey.

Is ability damage done by water of Lamashtu permanent or does it wear off normally (1 point per night's rest)?

Ability Damage is treated like Ability Damage.

Meaning, it is not permanent.
