You can't use Furious Focus with natural weapons, can you?
RAW (and possibly RAI), you cannot, since the RAW says you must use a two-handed weapon, or a one-handed weapon in two hands. Even so, the penalties for Multiattacking with many Natural Attacks is hardly penalizing (only a -2 instead of -5? Sign me up!), and allowing Power Attack penalties to apply only makes it tip back in the regular balance. Putting it back to regular bonuses on all of your attacks (since all Natural Weapons can only attack once in a given turn) makes it beyond broken as a feat for Monsters.
Of course, while many would not see it the way I see it as described above, I would view it as a Strength modifier application for the terms of intent. The idea is that applying your full strength modifier (in other words, the 1.5x Strength Bonus symbolizing the two hands) should be an identical enough comparison of a character using a two-handed weapon, and would otherwise 'houserule' it as "The first attack that applies 1 1/2 times Strength modifier to the damage roll ignores the attack roll penalties incurred from Power Attack." It could be appropriate if done correctly, but I'm sure there is potential for abuse...
