Question Regarding Path: Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition and Original Prints

I recently ordered a copy of the anniversary edition and I am waiting for it to arrive now. I was able to borrow a copy of Burnt Offerings from 2009 and the rules being used were D&D 3.5 (monster entry's reference Monster Manual pages, Spot checks, etc.)

Can anyone verify if the anniversary edition is updated for Pathfinder rules or does it just reprint the original including 3.5 rules?

Hold now, let's expand. They are updated to pathfinder rpg rules, expanded in glorious fashion, and did away with perceived problems based on five years worth of feedback. Not to discredit the original 3.5 adventure. It's still fantastic. But the AE edition is definitely worth picking up as well.

Also, the expanded GM reference contributions in the forums below add a lot of good ideas and subtle enhancements based on the suggestions of many GMs who have run the entire AP.

If you buy it, spend a day with the forums and realize how many gaming sessions you can have breathing life into sandpoint before you ever run the 1st encounter in the book.
