Rise of the Runelords Outlander trait (spells)

Ok, so I am playing a sorc in RoR and our DM has decided to allow 3 traits total. I am taking Magical Heritage (of course), he is allowing traits from anything published for PF (within reason), so I am also taking Metamagic Master. For the third I am having a hard time deciding. I am looking at either Reactionary (+2 init) or the campaign trait Outlander> Loreseeker. Which do you guys suggest and if it is Loreseeker, which 3 spells do you think it would work best with?

I didn't look these up to see which kind of trait they are but if Magical Heritage and Metamagic Master traits are the same type you can't take them both. You can only have one of each type of trait at any time.

P.S. Forgot to add that between Compo familiar and dex I already have +7 to init already (if it makes a diff to the thought process)

They are not same. One is magical, MM is regional.

Loreseeker is a must, imo. Upping the DCs on your "key" spells is awesome. Keep in mind you don't have to pick only spells you know. You can designate any spell on your class list with it so it has good future proofing so to speak.

I just built a conjurer for RotRL and took lore seeker. My spells were Summon Monster 1 (so 3 round duration off the bat due to summoner's charm), vanish, and mount. Going eldritch knight.

Edit: That being said, color spray and sleep are great options for casters who haven't taken enchantment as an opposition school.

I keep seeing everyone rave about color spray (and I understand why), and it is currently on my list with grease, but how do you get around the 15ft range? Seems dangerous especially since I don't currently have room for Mage Armor.

Which spells scale best and thus get the most use out of Loreseeker? I am trying to be an all around caster rather than blaster or summoner focused as I am the only arcane user in the party.

It's also highly situational. My players keep encountering mindless creatures in our AP. :D
