Dumb question about Magic Weapon

This probably seems an easy question but:

Does Magic Weapon work the same on Range Weapons as on Melee? Does each arrow fired from a bow I cast Magic Weapon on gain a +1 to hit and a +1 to damage?

Yes, just as a permanently enhanced bow would.
