If you don't know who Mawhougav is he is a shemhazian demon who managed to stray into the lower heavens and has spent 600 years distracted by a band of lantern archons.

Now my question is; why haven't some archons/angels destroyed/chased him out?

Or maybe they have to keep it busy because it's involved in some strange fate or prophecy where its survival is required for some greater good yet to come.
