My friend got me a gioft certificate from Pazio. He forwarded me the e-mail with as link to redeem it. When I follow it it ask me for a code which I can't find...My friend does not seem to know it also...can you help?

Have your friend go to his My Gift Certificates page off of his My Account page. The gift certificate alphanumeric code will appear there, and he just needs to share that code with you.
