I have purchased items from Paizo in the past with my depit card with no problems. I just purchased something from Amazon, also with no problems. However, I just tried to purchase some things from the Paizo store, and my card got declined. I have just enough money left in my account to cover the purchase, so I don't see why it would do that. Even weirder, the transaction that was declined posted to my account as a pending transaction. The items were not added to my downloads, and are still in my card.
I just had this exact same problem with DriveThruRPG a few days ago. Their tech support couldn't figure out why my card was declined, but said that it was on their end. I called my bank, and they said that if it was a pending transaction in my account, that ment it was accepted, and they couldn't do anything with it. It would either post or be dropped after 3 days of inactivity. I just had the transaction from DTRPG dropped, and went to purchase items from Paizo with the funds that were freed up.
Is there anything you guys can do to help? If what the bank said is correct, could you just make the tranaction post as soon as possible and then add the items I tried to purchased to my downloads once you have your money, since at that point it's obvious that my card works? I really want these PDFs, especially Dragon 277 and Tome of Horrors.

That could have something to do with it. The address Paizo has is my old one in Colorado. My bank has my current one in Montana.
However, that doesn't explain why a pending charge from Paizo for the items I was trying to purchase posted to my account if the order was declined. I also don't have the option to edit my debit card's information with Paizo so the addresses match.
Is there any way Paizo can make the pending charge on my bank account post and then add all the stuff I wanted to buy to my downloads?

Everyone else has it correct: Your order was declined by our system due to a problem with the billing address. The authorization was successful at your bank, so they've put a hold on funds in the amount of the authorization.
I have sent a reversal request for the authorization that we put through. This should convince your bank to release the hold on funds. Next, go to your My Payment Methods page and update the billing address associated with your card to ensure that it matches the address to which you receive the billing statements exactly.
You can then attempt to put the order through again.
Thanks,

Okay, the funds were released, and I updated my billing address. I copy and pasted the address from by bank account, so it is definately exactly the same.
This happened again. The order was declined by the Paizo system and authorized by my bank, and I've got another hold on the funds. I tried a second time, and this time the Paizo system did something it didn't do with the last failed order(asked for my three digit security code), but then declined the transaction for insufficient funds do to the hold on those funds already on my account from Paizo.
What could be causing this?

It looks like an authorization had again been declined for the old address reason and that pending authorization on your end caused the second one, with the correct address to fail. I've reversed it, you see it clear from your account you should be good to put it through for a (hopefully) last time.
