When someone w/ antimagic comes close to a gem holding a trapped soul is it released?
What about a jar holding a one inch tall person who was the subject of a binding spell?
I assume I know that it suppresses Baleful Polymorph. For this and the other two, do things go back to normal when they leave? Thus the soul goes back into the gem/ the guy turns back into a frog/ the other guy gets sucked back into the bottle?

Antimagic field doesn't dispel effects. It merely suppresses them. So, the one inch tall person would be free of the effects of the spell until either they left the AMF area or the AMF duration timed out. The soul would be freed from the gem as the spell's effect would be suspended. Trap the Soul has a duration of permanent and not instantaneous. However, if for some reason the soul didn't leave the gem then it'd still be trapped and unable to leave once it was outside the AMF area as the spell effect would resume.
