Got a claw/claw/bite/gore HOrc Barbarian build and I am torn on how to deal with the inevitability of reaching negative HP. Here are the options:
1) Get bite attack from Toothy giving up Orc Ferocity. Get Endurance for free from Shaman's Apprentice. Spend feats on Diehard and Deathless Initiate.
2) Get bite attack from Animal Fury (rage power) or Razortusk (feat). Get Ferocious Resolve for a feat.
Either way you slice it, I am going to spend two feats especially since I will need to spend a feat on Extra Rage Power to get Animal Fury. The bite attack from Toothy is better than the other two options since it's a primary attack. However, I feel that Ferocious Resolve is better than Deathless Initiate since you can prevent death by spending rage, rather than just being able to act while in the negatives.
So how would you guys choose?

I don't make barbarians myself, but any natural attack made with another attack as part of a full action becomes a secondary attack, which makes it not worth as much. Also, deathless initiate allows you to not be staggered, only removes hitpoints when you do a full round worth of actions, and gives you a +2 on damage and attack rolls. Ferocious resolve on the other hand _requires_ you to have Orc Ferocity, and you remain staggered and losing hitpoints when you are in the negatives. You also gain a +2 to intimidate, which isn't worth much compared to a +2 attack/damage bonus. Again, I don't build barbarians so option 2 might be worth it, but I wouldn't go for it.

If you use nothing but natural attacks, you don't incur any penalty. Secondary attacks will be listed as such. Gore bite claw claw is a primary attack series and all of them will be just dandy at doing damage, however I do believe you need the Multiattack feat in order to use more than 3 natural attacks in any given round. That I would need to look up. (Just looked it up. No such requirement. It merely reduces the penalties on secondary attacks.)
