I'm actually on day 4 with only 9 hours of sleep between the 4 days. Work decided to try to cut in on my weekend and give me 18 hour shifts.

You can try with an Alchemist (Vivisectionist) and then Assassin.
Mutagen for combat.. cognatogen to maximize the Death Attack CDs. Alchemical Allocation combined with potions.. Both work very well with poison for a poisoner PC :) I never try this but the next time i play as PC i would ;)
