Who is the Destroyer?

Rules Questions

Grand Lodge

One of the prerequisites for the Destroyer's Blessing feat is worship of "the Destroyer".

I cannot find this god. Is it Rovagug?

It is the only god I can find that is called "the Destroyer".

Isn't that some orc god from Orcs of Golarion?

It is not Rovagug. Its a seperate deity. Orcs of Golarion, page 27.

The Destroyer is one of the orcs traditional gods from long ago.

But as the Orc gods have no real names I got the impression that they are more concepts than real gods. So in some way rovagug could indeed stand for what the destroyer is meant to be.

Grand Lodge

If it not Rovagug, then is there a write up of this Destroyer?

I mean, what Domains are available?

What's it favored weapon?

What's it alignment?

All Orc gods are CE, have the chaos, destruction, evil, fire, strength and war domains and favored weapon falchion.

The destroyer's portfolio is: god of destruction, disaster and war

Where did you find that?

Orcs of Golarion, pg 27, bottom right paragraph.

"The gods of the orc cults are chaotic evil, and their symbol is a large weapon (usually a falchion or greataxe, but varying by tribe), often dripping with blood or enveloped in a nimbus of flame. Clerics of the orc
cults can choose from the following domains: Chaos, Destruction, Evil, Fire, Strength, and War. Their favored weapon is the falchion."

No we're not.

OH YES WE ARE!

Hmm. While my question is certainly answered, I was hoping the two gods were one and the same.

They could be. The Destroyer could just be the Orcs worship of Rovagug.

I could throw this idea out at my DM.

Maybe fluff it as The Destroyer is a "Vestige" of Rovagug.

Vestiges:

They are fragments of a deities power. Normally left over when they die or such.

Say it could be the first sign of Rovagug returning...

Rovagug is the one that is sealed in Golarion isn't it?

Rovagug is sealed in Golarion. Or the Orcs could be worshiping an aspect of Rovagug without realizing it.

The nameless 'orc gods' are also the only source of divine spells in all of Golarion that grant *six* domains.

Demon Lords, Archdevils, Empyreals and other 'lesser' gods grant only four. 'Real gods,' like the big 20, grant only five.

Even the five 'greater' gods of the Godclaw, back in the Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting, when they still granted domains as a group, only granted five domains. Ditto the 'Old Cults' to the Great Old Ones, granting only five domains to their 'generic' clerics (per The Inner Sea World Guide, and being the only other 'pantheist clerics' not yet retconned out of existence, as far as I know), or four or five domains to their specific priests (per Faiths of Corruption).

Yes, Rovagug is the Lavos of Golarion.

Ok then.

The Destroyer could be a Vestige of his power with out the Orcs realizing it. It could also be providing Rovagug with power so he can break free from his Cage.

Or Gozer's cousin?

He doesn't need this. Rovagug is openly worshiped by a ton of crazy people, including some orcs, and is fully capable of granting power to his worshipers without mucking around with vestigeness.

Plus the one eyed orc tribe worships rovagugs father, which I have never seen any additional mention of his existence.
