Does the Synthesist get the natural attacks of their eidolon?

Yes, if the eidolon has any natural attacks, the summoner can use them while fused together.

Thank you.

Another Question, What about the multistriker feat, can you take the multistriker feat as a Synthesist, or do you just have to wait till your eidolon gains it by leveling?

Eidolon gets no feats for the synthesist - you have to take any feat you want.

it's a monster only feat that's why i was asking, so if they have more than one natural attacks the secondary attacks would have the -5?

I couldn't find anything about a multistriker feat, so I assume you mean the multiattack feat. A synthesist's eidolon loses all feats, but I'm not sure about the multiattack bonus feat, so I'd leave that up to your gm. But unless you intend to use a lot of secondary natural attacks, I wouldn't bother with it.
