Hi, the tracking number for this shipment is wrong. I received two OTHER orders which for some reason were using this tracking number, but this specific order itself has not arrived.

To clarify my situation:

I use a third party logistics company, they move the items that arrive to them all the way to where I live. Since the tracking number is the same for one/two other shipments which DID arrive, they're claiming the stuff is here.

I entered in the tracking number which claims I received the order in question, but I didn't. What I DID receive which used that same tracking number was orders 2332017 and 2328874. I previously opened a thread regarding a missing second darkness player's guide print edition, which now I believe may have been stuck in this possibly missing shipment.

This happened once before and on that occasion, it turned out that even though the paizo site was telling me one tracking number, the actual order had a DIFFERENT tracking number.

This package should have contained all three orders, 2332017, 2328874, and 2334635, put together in one package. This should be reflected on the packing slip, as well as on the confirmation email.

Based on what you have reported here, this could be one of several different issues. In order to determine what happened, please check what you received verses what is listed on the packing slip, verses what appears on your confirmation email. Let me know exactly what you are missing, and whether there are discrepancies between your packing slip and the email, and I will get you all fixed up.

If by packing slip, you mean the list of items that's in the package, then the list of items does NOT include the stuff from this order.

Here's the thing, as I've said before: This HAS happened before where the website CLAIMS it's the same tracking number for more than one order, yet when it arrives, one of the packages ends up having its own tracking number.

The total weight of the package that arrived was 10.4 pounds, which if I'm correct, accounts for probably: orders 2332017 and 2328874 but NOT 2334655.

The AD&D hard cover core books together probably weigh this much or more.

I'm convinced the item has its own tracking number, please either find out what it is or give me a week to see if I receive it or not.

Plus, the email that told me about the items that shipped DID say that all three shipped together, but the papers in the package (it might be the packing slip) does NOT contain the items from this order number.

What has most likely happened is that 2 of the orders were combined, then the packing slip that you have (i.e. the papers inside the box) was printed. In the time between this packing slip being printed, and the order getting packed and shipped, the third order was combined into the shipment but a new packing slip was not printed as it should have been. The package appears to have been sent without the third order having been included.

While there are occasions where the UPS tracking code listed in your confirmation email will differ from the actual tracking code(s) for your package(s), this is exceedingly rare and something we try to avoid as much as possible. When it is unavoidable, we will send you a manual (as opposed to the automated) email with the new tracking information. If you have encountered tracking number discrepancies previously, or in the future, I ask that you report them to me. This is something that should not happen and, as far as I understand, cannot happen without our knowledge. If it is happening to your packages, I want to know why and how. :)

Therefore, if you want to wait a week to see if order 2334655 will arrive on it's own, then we can wait and see. However, I'm almost completely sure that this order was simply left out of the box, and I'll need to send it to you. Please let me know whether you'd like me to send it out straightaway, or to wait a week first.
