Question about order # 2364006

Hello Paizo Customer service folks,

I'm fairly new to the Paizo messageboards, and I've bought my son a gift certificate (but failed to print it out, I thought it might go to his account (accidentally) but as far as I know it hasn't), and I didn't write down (or keep) the redemption code so that he can use it.

Is there anything that you folks could do to help an old lady out with this? My date of purchase was the 13th of December and the order # in question is in the subject line.

Thanks ever so much for any assistance.

Oh, if it helps (or means anything) my son is The_Minstrel_Wyrm (Dean).

Paizo Employee Customer Service Happiness-Inducement Imp

It looks like the gift certificate was sent to the wrong recipient (who is also named Dean). Thankfully, that recipient account is long-since inactive, and I just removed the credit from that account and reapplied it to the intended account. I have re-sent the Gift Announcement email.

Hello Paizo Customer Service team,

I know it's Sunday and that no one may be in the office, but I just bought a paizo gift certificate for a friend of my son (order # 3098253) and chose the amount of $30 ... I didn't see a redemption code and I can't seem to find a "print your gift certificate" button. I don't know his avatar name and didn't prompt it to be sent to him, and I'd really like to print it out and give it to him tonight (as it is for his birthday).

You've helped me out before with a similar problem, and I'm really hoping that someone is monitoring the site today and can provide some assistance again this time.

Unfortunately, we are not in the office on weekends. I can, however, grant the gift certificate amount to the account of the intended recipient, which should show up right away.

It would be easiest if you could find out either the avatar name or the email address that he uses for his Paizo.com account. However, if you do not know those, we could look him up by first and last name. For security purposes, please do not leave his first and last name here, but rather send it in an email to customer.service@paizo.com.

Again, I apologize that we could not take care of this yesterday, but once we get this information from you, we should be able to grant the credit to his account ASAP. If you have any other questions or concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to let me know.
