Looking at the wild shape entry for the bear shaman lists:
Wild Shape (Su): At 6th level, a bear shaman's wild shape ability functions at her druid level – 2. If she takes on the form of a bear, she instead uses her druid level + 2.
Does this mean you have it as normal from 4th level and it changes at 6th? or no wild shape until 6th?
No wild shape until 6th level.
Also, unless you're really sold on the flavor, all the Shamans except Saurian are really quite terrible. Don't take them if you can avoid it.
