Race - Half Elf.
Alternate Racial Traits
Arcane Training (use spell trigger/completion as a lvl 1 wizard) lose favored class.
Elven weapon training (Guisarm, reach+trip) had to be martial >_>
Character:
Trait: Heirloom weapon +2 CMB trips, Guisarm.
Trait: Fist of the Society (+1 Ki point) (could be anything..)
Feats:
1. Toughness
M1 Imp Grapple
M2 Imp trip
3. Crane Style
5. Crane Wing
M6 Greater Grapple
7. ???????? fury's fall, combat reflexes, and power attack are my current thoughts
9. Rapid Grappler
M10 Tripping strike
11. ???? greater trip IF i took combat reflexes.
items: Wayfinder + Dusty rose.
Probably ghost touch amulet of mighty fists.
Ring of protection, headband of wisdom, belt of physical perfection YAY MAD...
Wands: Mage armor, Shield, Infernal healing. then a plethora of options hehe.
a couple minor rules questions, Crane style and wing work while grappling correct? (one hand free, "fighting defensively" penalty on CMBs).
I considered human and "dangerously curious" but I like the no failure. Losing 1 hp/level is annoying though.
if the crane's don't work, I'll switch to dragon's for extra grappling damage, or just pick up combat reflexes and fury's fall sooner.
The overall goal, is to be an effective battlefield controller, OR anti-mage if needed. sometimes I'll just have to live with high AC and a deflection, flurry-ing for trip attempts to reduce monster actions :D

Using wands/scrolls as a level 1 wizard is not worth losing +12 skill points or hp, IMO.
Why did your ancestral arms have to be martial? Getting a sweet exotic is the reason to take it....
Did PFS reverse their ruling on not allowing Masterwork Transformation? If not, then that heirloom weapon trait will quickly become worthless when you're unable to make the weapon masterwork and magical. There is another trait for whip and chain-like weapons to boost trip CMB, iirc...
Not sure what traits are allowed for PFS. I thought the field guide had an awesome one to get proficiency with bows.... Religion-wise, there's Lessons of Chaldira for a save reroll 1/day, and Wisdom in the Flesh to take a str, dex, or con (there's none) skill, make it a class skill, and make it wis-based.
Or just any trait to get a +1 and class skill. Or +2 Initiative.
You could dip Alchemist for 2 levels to gain a 3rd arm, that should allow you to use a 2H weapon and use Crane Wing. Would also help with the needing a free hand to grapple issue... Sadly Viv. Alchemist was banned from PFS for not being family-friendly. You could at least go Internal Alchemist for a cool trick at parties, Mindchemist to boost Wis may or may not be better to you than the normal mutagen.
Just FYI, a paizo blog said you can trip with any weapon. A tripping weapon merely lets you drop it to avoid falling prone on a massive failure (meh; if you fail by 10+, you have no business tripping that creature anyway) and use it for drag and reposition maneuvers. If you wanted to use those, then a tripping weapon is useful, otherwise just get one with the best stats.
Since Imp and Greater Trip require Combat Expertise and Imp/Greater Grapple do not, I would *strongly* suggest Greater Trip as your M6 feat (and keep Imp. Trip as your M2).
I'm not sure MM Monk is worth staying in past 6 levels, and if you're not going to have a high wisdom, it may be worth it to just wear armor and have a buckler on your "Crane Wing hand." Consider a build of (not in the level-up order you should follow) something like MM Monk 6 / Alchemist 2 / Lore Warden Fighter 4?
Stats look fine, though you could avoid needing the Int 13 if you just use bonus feats to pick up trip feats.

If you want an alternative melee battlefield controlling grapple monster, consider Half-Elf Summoner, using the half-elf favored class option. And possibly the Half-Elf summoner archetype, if an option.
Take a bipedal eidolon. Replace its claws with pincers, and give it nothing but pincers. The rules for natural weapons state that if you have only one type of natural weapon, it is automatically primary, even if normally secondary. So now you have a higher base damage than the claws *and* a grapple bonus and grab attack on each hit, via the Grab evolution. From there, take the improved damage evo and Imp. Nat Attack feat when the eidolon qualifies, and just buff its size and strength as much as possible, and take the Reach evolution on one of his pincers (to threaten farther away, you only need one to rake in all the AoOs). You can end up with rather insane grapple bonus and a a lot of attacks to attempt to grapple with.

Ancestral arms for martial was to use it with heirloom weapon, and they did reverse the ruling on MW transformation (you just need to either pay the cost of the casting also, or have a GM sign that it was used at a table).
I'm thinking about changing it to heirloom brass knuckles and just take skill focus perception. (I didn't remember that ruling till you mentioned it, so that's pretty strong).
Flurry of Maneuver's working while armored is pretty hotly debated in PFS forums so I'm going to dodge that plan based on table variation.
Greater trip is pretty "meh" without combat reflexes, and I don't think I have enough feats to really make that plan work, I want to focus on the grappling half.
I was considering just going fighter after monk 6 to grab more feats.
I was considering arcane training from the perspective of replacing UMD. with the number of skill points I have, I would most likely just be taking skill points to jam them into UMD, and this lets me wand without failure.
Alch 2 is tempting. 6 levels of monk is probably enough, I'm not really getting anything I care about after greater grapple/trip.
Summoner is clearly insane, but I have one already so I'm going to avoid that route.

drat. i coulda sworn it was compatible. remind me to never make suggestions without a reference open.
