So Im looking at drugs and i seem to enjoy battling the effects of them. Like a sorcerer addicted to Harlot Sweets, or fighter who dabbles in Blood Sap.
Are there any builds that can revolve around these potent drugs?
Not sure about those drugs specifically, but there are some feats, traits, and spells related to pesh. You could use them as framework. I believe they are in the dark markets of katapesh.
I played a character addicted to pesh last campaign. It was pretty fun, and he will definately be remembered for it.
There's the Sahir-Afiyun who is stoned on Pesh, and even gets the odd unique spell like Slow Suffocation. Note; This is a feat rather than a prestiege class or some such, apparently.
Is there a spell list for the Sahir- Afiyun?

1st - Lesser Confusion, Night Blindeness, Ray of Sickening, Remove Fear, Sleep
2nd - Calm Emotions*, Euphoric Cloud, Slow Suffocation
3rd - Lesser Pesh Additction
4th - Confusion*
5th - Pesh Addiction, Instant Suffocation, Symbol of Sleep
*As the usual spell, but requires a dose of pesh as a material component.
You should also check out the Pesh Rejuvination, Pesh Vigor and Pesh Healing feats.
